Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the College of Finance member portal at collegiumfinantrium.org, operated by Quintus Fidelius Marius (Roblox: CartToonie), the Aerarius Plebis. Please read them before using the service.

A roleplay service

The College records and administers fictional, in-game Denarii for a Roblox roleplay community. This website is not a real-world bank, payment provider, or investment service. Balances, loans, interest, fines, and court orders here are roleplay records, not real-world financial or legal products. Denarii balances are not promises to pay real money or Robux. The College is independent and is not operated or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 13 and eligible to use Roblox OAuth. Follow applicable Roblox rules and obtain parent or guardian permission where required. Sign in using your own Roblox account. Access is linked to your Roblox user ID and assigned permissions; signing in does not give you ownership of another member’s account. Institutional representatives may change when authorized officeholders change.

Deposits, withdrawals, and posting

The website does not move in-game funds. Required trades and handoffs take place in Roblox and are recorded here. A deposit request or delivery to a banker is not a posted balance: only the Aerarius Plebis can seal and post it after the required steps, including deposit into the College fund, are complete. Withdrawals follow the required approval, fund delivery, and sealing workflow. Pending withdrawals may reserve funds and reduce availability.

A request is not a guarantee of immediate processing. Staff must follow the relevant workflow and submit required trade evidence. The Aerarius Plebis does not need to upload a receipt or seal photo.

Interest, fees, loans, and payouts

Applicable account rules govern roleplay interest and charges. Weekly savings calculations use the balance at the end of Sunday, with the cutoff at Monday 12:00 a.m. in America/Indiana/Indianapolis, even if the run is posted later. Deposits sealed after that cutoff are excluded from that week’s eligible balance. Displayed estimates are not posted interest.

Weekly fees collect only available funds. Each tier upgrade or downgrade charges 100 Denarii to the account and credits COF. Loan disbursement first credits the borrower’s CoF account; an in-game payout requires a withdrawal. Loan repayments must come from the borrower’s CoF account and be handled by authorized loan staff. Missed payments continue to accrue interest under the loan’s applicable terms. Review the loan amount, rate, term, and repayment schedule before proceeding.

Court-ordered payouts debit JUDCF and credit the recipient’s CoF account when sealed; an account may need to be created first. These are in-game roleplay arrangements.

Accurate records and acceptable use

Provide accurate information and genuine evidence. Do not impersonate members, falsify transactions, upload unrelated or harmful material, exploit errors, bypass permissions, or attempt to access accounts without authorization. Report discrepancies promptly. Corrections and reversals may be recorded to fix errors while preserving an audit trail.

Uploaded evidence and privacy

Submit only material you are authorized to share. By submitting evidence, you permit the College to store, compress, review, and use it to administer and investigate the related roleplay transaction. This permission is limited to operating the service and its records. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability, restrictions, and disputes

The website may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting interruptions, or issues with Roblox. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or immediate trades. Staff may restrict access to address misuse, disputed authority, or security concerns. Contact the Aerarius Plebis to request review of an account restriction or disputed record. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and service rules. Material changes will be announced through the website, and this page’s date will be updated. Questions, record disputes, or requests for help can be sent to petermannavery@gmail.com.
